30-Day Price Protection Policy

At TotoMall & VTOP Gaming, we want every customer to shop with confidence and peace of mind.

If you purchase a product from us and find a lower price for the same product within 30 days, you may contact us to apply for a price difference adjustment, subject to the terms and conditions below.

What Is Price Protection?

Price Protection means that if the same product becomes available at a lower price within 30 days after your purchase, and the lower price meets our eligibility requirements, you may request a review from our team.

Once approved, we may offer compensation for the price difference based on the actual case.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our 30-Day Price Protection, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be purchased from TotoMall / VTOP Gaming.
2. The request must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.
3. The comparison product must be the same model, same version, same storage capacity, same colour, and same regional set.
4. The comparison product must be brand new and genuine.
5. The lower price must be offered by a registered and reputable seller in Malaysia.
6. The lower-priced product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
7. The customer must provide valid proof of the lower price, such as a website link, screenshot, official quotation, or advertisement.

Cases Not Covered

Our Price Protection does not apply to the following:

1. Used, refurbished, display, open-box, or demo units.
2. Products with different versions, regional sets, storage capacities, colours, or specifications.
3. Flash sales, clearance sales, member-only prices, voucher discounts, or limited-time promotions.
4. Platform subsidies, bank promotions, credit card cashback, e-wallet discounts, or payment-related offers.
5. Private sellers, personal resellers, Facebook Marketplace, Carousell, or other non-official selling channels.
6. Prices that cannot be verified or products that are not available for normal checkout.
7. Pricing errors, abnormal prices, or prices that are clearly far below the market rate.
8. Orders that have been cancelled, refunded, returned, or are under dispute.

How to Apply

If you find a lower price that meets the requirements above, please contact us through WhatsApp or visit our physical store.

Please prepare the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Purchase date
3. Product name
4. Proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot or link
5. Seller name and contact information

Our team will review your request after receiving the required information.

Compensation Method

Once the request is approved, the price difference may be compensated through one of the following methods:

1. Store credit
2. Discount voucher for your next purchase
3. E-wallet transfer
4. Bank transfer
5. Other methods agreed by both parties

The final compensation method will be determined by TotoMall & VTOP Gaming based on the order and case details.

Review Time

Price Protection requests are usually reviewed within 3–7 working days.

If the information provided is incomplete, we may request additional proof before processing the application.

Important Notice

TotoMall & VTOP Gaming reserves the right to make the final decision on all Price Protection requests.

This policy is designed to help customers shop with greater confidence. It is not intended for false claims, unreasonable price comparisons, fake quotations, or abusive price matching requests.
